Terms may vary some from seller to seller, email for specifics on a certain horse or item.

Horses, Livestock or items are not consider Sold until paid in full.

A signed sales agreement and a 10% deposit of agreed sale price is required to "hold" a horse, this deposit will "hold" for 1 week or until a foal is ready for weaning, or unless other arrangements are made and in writing.

Deposits are non refundable unless a horse is injured beyond its understood usage or dies before the end of the "Hold" period.

It is recommended a horse be picked up as soon as it is paid for in full, or should be insured.

Pre purchase exam is advised and welcomed, but is at the expense of the buyer.

Horses are sold to approved homes. It is our desire that our horses are well cared for and have a good future. All sellers reserve the right to refuse a sale.
